Pathetic service, ordered beef mighty rodeo but was slapped with a chicken rodeo instead. Upon reaching out i was told this won’t happen again although it has already happened twice with me already. When i told the customer service rep all i heard was agitated and frustrated apology and a reassurance that it won’t happen again and then the call was disconnected in my face. Usually Rancher food is quite decent but during weekends food taste is pathetic and worst .They were unable to manage large gathering . Our order was Any two deal and they serve us cold burgers on request they microwave one of it . Tasteless burgers waste of money I guess.
