While I can’t personally recommend the Lotus Shake, everything else I tried was of outstanding quality. In particular, the Brownie Sizzling and Blueberry Lemonade were exceptionally delightful. Pathetic food !!!
Sorry to say this, but it is what it is.
My order was Chicken Parmesan, which I order most of the time when I visit Tayto.
This time, I could feel smell in the chicken piece, and the taste was also not the same. When I complained, they were not serious about it. Instead, they tried to convince me that the Chicken is fresh and maybe it is something with the sauce, which meant the sauce was problematic 🤔 😐 and that’s it. No sorry or apology, nothing!!!! I told them twice that this is different today, and I know the taste very well this is my favourite in your menu, but they had nothing to say in return.
I guess this was my last visit to tayto “Good Bye 👋 ”

Two stars i give for average food, parmesan was good but the service was just horrendous. We waited an hour and the food was still not served. The waiter got us a burger claiming it was chicken, when we removed the patty it was beef so ya imagine just the basic fundamentals of services are lacking. So really this place does not deserve more than 2 stars since it can not even fulfil the basic client services. Piece of advice just my subjective opinion but do not go here, not worth it trust.
