“We went to this place based on reviews and reserved 10 people for a farewell party. Although the ambiance is great but service was pathetic. We ordered 02 steaks and 02 platters along with 04 donor.
It took 45 minutes to bring in half of the order without any platter. Then no platter was served for another 45 minutes until we acquired from the staff ourselves. Delaying tactics were used by the staff for reasoning about the delay. After threatening to leave with what we had been served only was the major dinner served.
All in all we had to wait 1.5 hrs to get our ordered served. Serving half of the food was totally unprofessional.
At the end the owner somewhat apologized by saying that we had a lot of workload which resulted in the delay in serving. Made us look like fools who can’t see that others have come after us and left after having their orders served while we waited.
They do need to ramp up their services, Food is okayyish and worth the cost actually.
