There is just one order taking person who needs to be called various times to place your offer.
We asked him water for 4-5 times before getting it.

We went for the coffee and the lotus cheesecake. After waiting for 25 mins we found out that the coffee machine has broken down. The beef sandwich we ordered had a bad smell in it. So we got it cancelled. Hence the 3 star. The lotus cheesecake however was really good.

The food had a horrible smell, had to return the Chicken Curry. The service was very bad, drinks and the food took ages to be served.And the worst part was the place was full of mosquitos, i asked the server to do something about the mosquitos and he replied sir we are vaccinated 🤦🏻♂️
