Bahadur Biryani located at Y block DHA, is a good addition to the DHA food market. They have a special biryani recipe infused with 9 shahi ingredients and served with special aromatic Basmati Rice and fresh Nawaabi Ghulaab Jamun which takes you to the olden times of the Mughal era.

Excellent authentic taste.

I tried their full biryani which had 4 chicken pieces and was served with separate gravy and 4 ghulab jamans. The biryani tasted nice. You can also easily adjust the spice level according to your taste as the gravy is served separately. It is definitely a good addition to biryani options in DHA.

They had limited space for dining in a basement so I would categorise it more like a car dine in place for families.

I visited Bahadur Biryani yesterday to carter my love for Biryani! It was not your traditional run of the mill Biryani. Honestly, i don’t know, whether to call it a pulao with Bhunna Masala or Biryani but OHH MY GOD it was good. Must try!

Last night tried bhunna mutton & murgh biryani at newly opened Bahadur Biryani in Y Block DHA
Biryani mai asli game to masalay ki hoti hai and they have come up with the new distinct concept of serving biryani rice with separate portion of masala so you can layer it according to your spice level. Also the biryani masala is very different from the typical dabbay wala masala.
Mutton biryani was my pick of the night and i absolutely loved it😍

I went there in the afternoon. They gave napkins that were already dirty and had to get them replaced. Also the biryani was cold. On complaining they said that they had already boiled the rice first so that’s why it is cold. Not sure if that makes any sense. Anyway not a good experience!

I had a great experience last night at Bahadur Biryani with my wife. We loved their concept of giving gravy separately. Some people don’t like Biryanis to be full of already mixed up masalas and this is for those people.

I hope with time they don’t mess up the taste as their rice quality was really phenomenal and gravy was ideal, not too much salt and everything was balanced.

Tried dine in and I would recommend everyone to try dine in only. Takeaway would not give you the same taste.

In simple words, LOVED it.

An absolute perfect addition in the eateries of dha, a family recipe with perfect blend of spices & superb quality rice provided at a reasonable price.

Their claim of using the lost spices of the mughal era was kind of confusing for me or a mystery that my taste buds could not experience or identify.

They claim to serve the MASALA separately, which can be added to one’s liking. It was probably just not for me, as their masala was more like Qorma gravy and nothing like the biryani we like. The rice were cleverly colored to give it the zafrani color but without the flavor. The quanity was barely there, they have single, half, and full servings. The picture shows half serving which is very miniscule compared to the half biryani plates being served in the vicinity.

It’s a pity that they played/gambled heavily with this sort of biryani flavor. Otherwise, their package was very interesting. With the addition of Gulab jamans in the same box, it serves like a complete meal as served by fast food joints. If I could, I would redo the flavor, add a box of Raita instead of QORMA masala and along with gulab jamuns serve it as a full meal deal. Very nice concept for desi food, as close as possible to junk deals.
