We recently had lunch at Broadway Pizza and had a pretty mixed experience. We ordered the Chicken King Crust and Wicked Blend pizzas, and they were both delicious. The toppings were generous, the cheese was perfect, and the crust was light and well-cooked. They really know how to make a great pizza.
Unfortunately, there were some hygiene issues that took away from the experience. The plastic glasses on our table were dirty, so we had to ask for replacements. Even then, one of the new glasses was still dirty, but we let it go since it was an extra.
The biggest problem came when I asked to use the washroom after we ate and was told there was no running water. This made me worry about how the staff were washing their hands before handling food, which also explained the dirty glasses. It’s really concerning that a restaurant would stay open without running water, given the hygiene risks.
