Visited this eatery today on January 19th, ordered their Stuffed chicken which was tasty but side spaghetti was in a ketchup. Like cmon for God’s sake who still puts ketchup in it? And then ordered their Nuggets and Smoothie bowl which was completely overrated and over priced. Very average taste. The tea was good and the servers were also very nice and fast service was delivered.

Most Bakwas and Useless service ever. The lady on the counter needs some manners. She can not deal with customers properly and will forcefully enforce her decisions on you as if she’s the customer and we are the associates. Moreover, after you pay, she’ll say that she wasn’t satisfied with the way you paid? Is that even a service? Are you basically forcing the customer out of your shop? Please kick this woman out if you want to promote your brand. The whole paying scenario looks fake. The bill they provided didn’t look real, and the invoice was torn in between. Also, the lady won’t let me pay on my credit card. Hopefully, I will never visit your brand ever again, even other branches in lahore also. Most Pathetic service ever.
Dietary restrictions: The coffee was too strong and totally rubbish. They made it without giving us proper information about how it tastes and then charged us extra for each cup merely to neutralise that taste. The associates must know the customer’s consent. They failed to provide us with any information about their service and speciality. Ill-mannered staff. Totally ignorant.
