“I hope the owner sees this, I tried pancakes and they where French toast with maple syrup on them were half cooked, the ice hazelnut coffee I received had too much hazelnut in it, the staff on the front has no clue what they are doing I mean they have no idea when to serve drinks and kitchen chefs are so unhygienic they are sitting in the kitchen eating with their hands and then without washing they cook the customer food the whole place is not cleaned, if food hygiene sees this the restaurant will be closed on the spot a lot of things that are being done wrong I don’t see this place last long do reach me back so I can point out the things that need to be done, if the owner is reading this I’ll recommend to fire all of your staff in kitchen and on front start from fresh that’s my advice as a professional, only the plating was good”.
